Heard this programme on radio. Bought the tickets on topic - Marriage That Think. (Back track abit, was quite surprise that they split up the topics in such a way that you need to buy tickets to attend. I thought one ticket will cover all the topic! Ha... really know how to earn $). Though the ticket is not costly ($18 per couple) but if were to attend all then its another issue.
Anyway, Iam glad we went for this despite of the thoughts having to wake up early on a Sat morning...Have to say the speakers (Mitch & Rhonda) is great. They shared their experiences and views and the problems that couple face.

Corsages
I came across this website that sell corsages. A few of them caught my eye...suddenly I have this idea... why not make my own corsage!! It will be meaningful...So make it a point that I went Spotlight over the weekend to get the materials. At first I chose a dark red rose...but ZL said it look auntie-ish.... Hmm the pink one which they are selling is not nice...so we settle with white color. Match it off with white ribbons and white pearl... Hope my jie-meis will like it... moreover it is easy to match with any colors you wear. *wink*
So here I am on leave today, making the corsages... hee

Building our nest #1
Loos mentioned that I should write a journal of my marriage preparation...hmm...sometimes its sort of lazy and Iam afraid that will bore you guys out there...haa...
Ok, I'll just update alittle as it goes...Have been spending our weekends browsing at furnitures...we have been to the same place over and over again....Frankly speaking, I grew tire out of it! Till I get so 'fed up' that I told ZL, "can you just decide on a piece which you like and bring me there before you make payment?" Sometimes I feel like am wasting my time... I meant if I wanna take exam in June, I can't afford to spend all my weekends on that right? Haiz...just rumbling...I still enjoy the process :)
Anyway, so far we have bought a 2-seater sofa from John Erdos , bedframe, mirror and basket from Barang Barang , a tv console from Harvey Norman and a "chair" w/o legs from Muji. We were lucky that all the items except the sofa were bought during sales. At this point, you must be wondering how can a room accomodate so many stuffs right? Hmm...ZL's room is in a rectangle shape...so we will be dividing the room into living room and bedroom section. The wardrobe and study table will be custom-make due to space constraint (after catering to the big items). Hopefully, the room won't look cramp...
