Help~

Iam having some problems with my pc! Wanted to download the latest version of MSN but the program kept prompting me that 'the key could not open...blah blah...' Friend told me to uninstall the previous one and try again but it make things worst! Now most of the shortcuts on my desktop are invalid! And the same problem still occurred! Hur hur...I can't chat with you gals le!!!!!!!!
